1. Service Description

Nasma ("we", "our", or "us") provides an AI-powered voice agent platform designed to conduct automated phone surveys, collect customer feedback, and generate actionable insights.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

We offer various subscription tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) billed on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features or capacity.

4. Credit System

Call time is billed using a credit system, where 1 credit equals 1 minute of call duration. Credits are deducted based on actual usage, rounded up to the nearest minute. Unused credits may roll over depending on your subscription plan.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Nasma to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws, including telemarketing regulations.
  • Harass, abuse, or spam individuals.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to bypass or compromise our security systems.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology included on the Nasma platform are the property of Nasma or its licensors. You retain all rights to the data and contact lists you upload to the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nasma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
