We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain our voice agent services.
• To process transactions and send related billing information.
• To generate insights and analytics from survey responses.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms of service.

3. Data Processing and Storage

All data is processed securely and stored in compliant environments. We prioritize data locality and ensure that Saudi user data complies with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

4. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our platform:

• Twilio: For telephony and routing calls.
• OpenAI & Anthropic: For natural language processing and generating transcripts.
• ElevenLabs & Deepgram: For advanced voice synthesis and speech-to-text processing.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Call recordings and transcripts are kept according to your plan's retention policy or until you choose to delete them. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including PDPL and GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can manage most of this directly through your account dashboard.
